DVS' (D V Solomon's) Centre for Design and Delineation founded in Chennai, is a training base for students from all parts of the country, tapping and honing their talents to take on and qualify in the various aptitude tests conducted by all the premier institutions in India which includes the National Institute of Design (NID), The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology for Architecture and Interior Design (CEPT- Ahmedabad) and National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), etc. Students who take the National Aptitude tests for Architecture and Interior Design, Anna University, Aptitude tests for Visual Communication and Graphic Design courses conducted in the city, neighbouring colleges and abroad are also trained here.

NATA

Architecture Entrance Exam National Aptitude Test for Architecture

The NATA examination is generally taken by students, who are trying for architectural education throughout the country. The intensive training programme for NATA is usually conducted for students, who have finished their 12th standard, from March to

September every year. The course is conducted in different batches and sessions. Students in younger classes who would like to take up the coaching earlier can also contact the institution for practice sessions that happen throughout the year. CEPT

Centre for Environmental
Planning and Technology

CEPT being one of the premier institutions for Architecture in the country considers NATA for their acdemic intake. Students interested can refer to the NATA training details and can get in touch with the institution for registrations and for more information on the course.

NID

National Institute of Design

The training programme for NID takes place in two levels. Level – I takes place during the months of November to January every year and students qualifying for Level – II shall take on the training for the same a few days well ahead of the level II examinations. NIFT

National Institute of Fashion Technology

SRISHTI, SYMBIOSIS

School of Design
